Today, will mark the last day of February!
Woot!!
And guess what else?!
The laptop power plug thingy is fixed; finally.
Sooooo, yes I'm on the laptop now xD
And about time too!!
Eep!
Tomorrow will be March .. and on the 26th of March, Martin College will be starting the course for Diploma of Graphic Design (Advertising & Multimedia) [double major].
Grrr .. my dad has yet to tell me whether or not I'll be able to go to that college or not!!
The suspence is killing me x_x bleh ~

If all goes well in the financial department, then I can go.
But I'll be broke as .. since the fees are SO expensive.
And if it doesn't go well, then I'll wait a little longer and see if I can apply for TAFE - which ever starts first that has the course I want to do and not the course my dad wants me to do.
*rolls eyes*
He made me go all the way to Wetherill Park TAFE to check out if I could apply there .. in some engineering course [no offence there], but I don't have the 'right' previous study to be able to do that kind of course.
I should've done some wood work subject, I kinda liked it because you could still make stuff.
Oh wells, what's over and done with is done.
So once we got to the TAFE, obviously there were no art courses && they weren't accepting anymore applications.
Pfft .. I tried to tell my dad that.

Anyways, so yeah.
I'll have to wait and see how my dad's going to figure everything out or not.
And if I can't go to the college, to Enmore I shall try to get into x_x
For Chung!!

Well, I just wanted to rant and rave a bit.
.. and ZOMG there's an annoying fly >.< ARGH!!

elloz my dear readers ~

Yet again, I've had an outbreak of total camwhore moments ^_^; heh ..
And as expected, I had to post them xD EVERYWHERE!!
I got them uploaded onto Photoshop, where I could resize them properly
.. since Photoshop CS2 doesn't work at all on the computer
TT^TT and the laptop is still broked!!
Buy me a super, awesome Tablet PC!
...
So, yes I'm trying to save up for that && a cruiser [motorbike]
WHILE trying to ALSO save up money for TAFE/College
And then later on down the track, depending on how long the courses for TAFE/College takes, I will be needing to save up for University!!
.. I need to work more ..
Oh wells, I still don't know if I'll be going to that college I was looking up.
It's so expensive!!
But the course is for a double major diploma
AND it only runs for 50 weeks; less than a year by 2 weeks!
My dad is trying to work out how his going to get the money to pay for the college.
Though, if he can't work it out then I'll have to wait for the 2nd Semester to apply for TAFE.
If that happens, to Enmore I go!!
Because my lovely friend goes there and she wanted me to go with her ;P
...
Anyways, I just wanted to blab a bit.
Seems like my Muse has been on a break, because I'm artistically droughting again x_x
BLAH !!!

Elloz my fellow readers ~

Just thought I needed to update my journal. Why? Because I found more awesomely, funkaliciously artists on DA. That's right; funkaliciously. I own that word!!
.. *ahem* Moving along, my laptop is broked .. so now I'm using the computer, which I can only get to use once my brother is at school .. and once I wake up [I sleep in a lot :D], which only has the things my brother uses. Meaning, my files and programs && stuff aren't on here. There IS Photoshop, but it doesn't work. Not happy, Jane!! [refer to Australian ad for YellowPages]
Of all times for it to not work properly .. and I wanted to enter MellowStrawberry's contest TT^TT but without PS, my images will look horrible just scanned in.

Now that most of my ranting and raving is done, I shall conclude that I'm still not in TAFE, or College OR in any University because I'm a failure and a lazybum xP Bwahahahahaha ~
Yes, putting myself done is what I do best :D And yes, I realise I procrastinate a lot and do nothing to try to change my current lifestyle of being a nobody, because quite frankly: I can't :D Why? Because I have no freedom to do the things I need to change my current lifestyle!! Why? Because I'm restricted to stay forever bound to this house, unable to socialize with people or have fun [not that way, the clean way thanks] OR have a say in what I want for myself.
And why?!?!?!! Oh, I don't know. A certain, egotistical, mean mean mean male parent of mine.

She even got it printed out && framed it up in a beautiful frame and all!!!!!!

I can't believe it .. in a good way, of course!!
I'm just all happy and flattered and everything ^.^ !!

B'Day Gifting 2007 takes it's toll; I'm hungry!!

Today is the day, which marks a whole 19 years of Lidia's life.

No, I'm not talking about me, if that's what you're thinking.
.. you probably are xD
No. Today marks the 19 years of my friend, Lidia's life and after considering what present I should give her, I finally came to a conclusion.
Something that I could let her see over the internet, since she doesn't live here [obviously] and something that I made.
I wanted it to be sentimental as much as possible as I could.
AND, since I've been neglecting this ability which I will need to accomplish my art course [if I even get in] and fulfill one of my dreams [to finish off my studies], all the while gaining something for myself AND for Lidia too.
A drawing.
Simple as that!

I really have been neglecting that ability of mine .. not that it's much help should my life depend on it because I draw only what I want, when I want and how I want it x_x
BUT, nonetheless I said I would give her a present and I shall!
I always try my best to keep to my words .. of course under certain circumstances should there be a falling out or a breakup, or whatnot .. then, heh .. you can probably guess what happens.

Anyways, so as I was saying.
I said I'd giver her something, and I did.
First, it was a sketch that I did on A4 paper. Then I looked over it and thought it needed some life - some colour!
So, I got my scanner out, plugged it into the computer, scanned the image, transfer it onto a USB so I can plug it into the laptop where Photoshop actually works.
And off to work I went, colouring and tracing and filling in, etc etc.
[about 4 hours later]
Whoa-la! I had finished colouring the image *,* .. though, not really to my liking since I still think it looks dodgy [sorries Lidia] and I'd much prefer to send her the stetch instead TT__TT
Oh wells, after posting it up on deviantART, I received a comment on it about how cute it was and that it was a good deviation [thank you to MellowStrawberry for that!] and then I posted it onto my haunt homes, Gothopia and put it into a new thread, Starzz commented that it looked cool.
I'm honestly flattered, but still .. it's such a dodgy picture! I could've done so much better had I maybe eaten breakfast and lunch .. which I didn't at the time, but only after I had finished the whole image.
I didn't want my present to be late [like everything I do] so I crammed!

All's well that ends well, I completed it and submitted it, good some kind feedback.
Now, I'll have to wait till Lidia sees the image herself.
I just hope she likes it TT__TT I can't draw guys or else I would've had no problem drawing one of her most favouritest bands ever, Dir en Grey.
But .. I can't draw guys at all >_< !! Bleh ~
Perhaps when I start the art course [IF I start it] I might learn how to draw properly.

Brother photos && NO to Art Theft

I remembered I had some photos I took that I personally thought was worth the share.

Though, if anyone even has a stray thought of even thinking to use these images without my written consent, think yourselves extremely foolish and stupid.
These are pictures of my brother, for goodness sake.
No offence to him, but his no model. And I sure as hell do NOT appreciate my photos being used & abused by idiots.
I also do NOT support art theft either. It's also extremely a foolish and stupid thing to do.
Stealing or copying anything is NOT a form of flattery.
Stop art theft!

Now, about the pictures. They were originally taken last year while visiting my grandpa's cemetary. My whole family and a couple of my relatives where there. Long story short, while we were all waiting for the incense (however you spell that) to burn out, the kids were mucking about and I so happened to have a camera taken along with me during the visit.
I 've always been into photography, but never had the right props and equitment to take awesomely fantastic photos. But hey, we've all got to start somewhere so I asked my brother if he could do some poses for me, though he refused at first which ended up having me take the first funny awesome shot, then later he obliged and I took another great photo.

So here we have him when he refused and made a big seen for the little ones to laugh about:And another one when he finally obliged but had no energy (and was supposdely thinking):

These two images have been uploaded onto my deviantART account.
Meaning, you cannot copy and paste this somewhere else and say you took it because I already have proof that these images are fkn mine.
Now that I've done that .. that just about ends this blog, almost.

I'd just like to get a word out that a LOT of art from deviantART has been stolen and used outsite the DA grounds, without the knowledge OR consent of the artist.
Please, if you know anything of this matter and/or have seen artists from deviantART's works of art being used without authorized usage, PLEASE notify the artist who's work is being used!!

Cupid isn't real - but Santa is!

It's time for another round of ...
Well, I still haven't had much to do over these weeks.
I need to try and pick up drawing again .. horrible thing to lose one's drawing capabilities.
See, I need to send some of my drawings along with an application to college, to see whether or not I'm capable of doing this art course I'm interested in.
I only get a diploma out if it, but it's accredited which is good because hopefully then when I wish to apply for University they can add like credits onto the course so I don't need to do extra years.
Here's to hoping! *Crosses fingers*

St. Valentine's Day is a scam!
It's true! Buisnesses will earn so much profit out of consumers knowing that they'll spend extra on a single rose!
Heck, it's a total rip off events of the year .. well, sometimes anyways.
You can get some bargins, but only some.
Still though, shouldn't people be able to express their love for someone every day of the year?

Into the unknown ...

My, this is my first time here.
I don't know if any of you here know, but a member here who [I just adore!] goes by the name Jingna, has showed me [through viewing her journals which linked to here] to check this place out. The layouts are simple and just lovely!
This place also seems to suit my liking because I love to type sometimes.
More so than others. It's a weird thing, I know.
Ummm .. yeah, I like places where I can rant && rave as much as I [almost] want and sort of design pages for others to see.
Well, pages where I get to talk about myself -- ego-much?
Don't worry though, I don't like myself either.
Hahahaha ~
I like blogs, or spaces where I get to type down things about me to showcase myself, in a sense.
Sometimes, the hardest person to understand, is yourself.
For me it is anyways.
Well, I don't know what else to say much here and it's getting late [I still need to take a shower, ew!] and then get some well deserved sleep.
Neck cramps are a nuiscence and they're a pain, literally.
So, I'll leave it as that for now and fiddle around with the settings and all, see what I can conjure up.
