Brother photos && NO to Art Theft

I remembered I had some photos I took that I personally thought was worth the share.

Though, if anyone even has a stray thought of even thinking to use these images without my written consent, think yourselves extremely foolish and stupid.
These are pictures of my brother, for goodness sake.
No offence to him, but his no model. And I sure as hell do NOT appreciate my photos being used & abused by idiots.
I also do NOT support art theft either. It's also extremely a foolish and stupid thing to do.
Stealing or copying anything is NOT a form of flattery.
Stop art theft!

Now, about the pictures. They were originally taken last year while visiting my grandpa's cemetary. My whole family and a couple of my relatives where there. Long story short, while we were all waiting for the incense (however you spell that) to burn out, the kids were mucking about and I so happened to have a camera taken along with me during the visit.
I 've always been into photography, but never had the right props and equitment to take awesomely fantastic photos. But hey, we've all got to start somewhere so I asked my brother if he could do some poses for me, though he refused at first which ended up having me take the first funny awesome shot, then later he obliged and I took another great photo.

So here we have him when he refused and made a big seen for the little ones to laugh about:

And another one when he finally obliged but had no energy (and was supposdely thinking):

These two images have been uploaded onto my deviantART account.
Meaning, you cannot copy and paste this somewhere else and say you took it because I already have proof that these images are fkn mine.
Now that I've done that .. that just about ends this blog, almost.

I'd just like to get a word out that a LOT of art from deviantART has been stolen and used outsite the DA grounds, without the knowledge OR consent of the artist.
Please, if you know anything of this matter and/or have seen artists from deviantART's works of art being used without authorized usage, PLEASE notify the artist who's work is being used!!
